Choose an RO System Around Your Water and Production Requirements
Liangpu industrial RO systems are stainless-steel reverse osmosis units with standard models from 0.25 to 10 T/h of treated water, a desalination rate of 95%–99% and a membrane inlet pressure of 0.6–1.0 MPa. The process runs raw water → quartz sand filter → activated carbon filter → antiscalant dosing → cartridge filter → high-pressure pump → RO unit → treated water.
Compare Liangpu reverse osmosis equipment from compact 0.25T models to 10T split-type units, with 12T, 15T and 30T frames and double-stage systems available. Start with your required treated-water output, raw-water analysis and final water use. These determine the pretreatment, membrane arrangement and controls to include in a quotation.

Standard Models and Dimensions
Model numbers indicate nominal treated-water output per hour. Actual output depends on feed-water quality and temperature, so the quotation states the rated output and the feed-water conditions it is based on. Dimensions below are the manufacturer’s equipment dimensions in millimetres (length × width × height); they are not packing dimensions.

Choosing Between Integrated and Split-Type
Integrated units arrive on one frame and need a single floor area. Split-type units separate the pretreatment section from the RO main unit, which suits sites where access is narrow or where the two parts are installed in different positions. Compare the dimensions above with the door, lift and stairway clearances on site before ordering.
What Will Your Quotation Include?
- Feed-water treatment: the selected filter vessels, media, cartridge filtration and any required dosing or softening.
- RO assembly: membrane specification, housings, pumps, instruments and control arrangement.
- Water storage and distribution: whether tanks, delivery pumps and connection fittings are included or supplied separately.
- Electrical details: confirmed voltage, phase, frequency and connected load for the selected model.
- Delivery scope: packing method, packing dimensions, accessories, destination and agreed shipping terms.
These are items to confirm in the quotation, not a claim that every option is included as standard.
Water Quality and Performance
Send a recent feed-water analysis and your required outlet-water specification. A useful quotation should state rated treated-water output and the feed-water conditions used to determine it. Ask for the agreed conductivity unit, measurement conditions, recovery and acceptance criteria.
The standard range is rated at a desalination rate of 95%–99%. Suitability for a particular production process must be confirmed against the project requirements.
Installation and Service Planning
- Provide the available floor area and access dimensions; allow space for maintenance.
- Confirm feed-water supply, treated-water connections and concentrate/backwash drainage.
- Tell us your voltage, phase and frequency (e.g. 380 V/50 Hz, 220 V/60 Hz) so the pumps and controls are built for your power supply.
- Ask which installation instructions, commissioning assistance and spare parts are included, with service and warranty terms stated in writing.
Frequently Asked Questions
What capacities do Liangpu RO systems cover?
Standard models run from 0.25 T/h to 10 T/h of nominal treated water: 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 T/h. 12T, 15T and 30T split-type frames and double-stage systems are also built. Model numbers indicate nominal output; actual output depends on feed-water quality and temperature.
What desalination rate does the RO system achieve?
The standard range is rated at a desalination rate of 95%–99%, with a raw-water inlet pressure of 0.1–0.3 MPa and a membrane inlet pressure of 0.6–1.0 MPa. Suitability for a particular process is confirmed against your feed-water analysis and outlet-water requirement.
What pretreatment is included before the RO membranes?
The standard process is quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, antiscalant dosing and a cartridge (precision) filter before the high-pressure pump and RO unit. A raw-water pump is added where needed. The final pretreatment is designed from the feed-water analysis.
What power supply do the RO systems use?
The 0.25T/h and 0.5T/h models use 220 V/50 Hz. Models from 1T/h upward use 380 V/50 Hz. Configurations for another voltage or frequency are confirmed on the project datasheet.
Should I choose an integrated or a split-type RO system?
Integrated units arrive on one frame and need a single floor area. Split-type units separate pretreatment from the RO main unit, which suits narrow access or installation in two positions. The 10T/h model is a split-type unit. Compare the listed dimensions with door, lift and stairway clearances.
Which pump and membrane brands are used?
The manufacturer lists Xinjie or Nanfang pumps and Huitong or DowDuPont membranes as options. They are chosen at quotation stage, are not included in every configuration by default, and the brand supplied is stated in the quotation.
