How do I choose the right electric steam generator capacity?
Start from the process, not the model name. List each machine or steam-use point that will connect to the generator, whether they run continuously, intermittently or in batches, and your daily working hours and peak periods. With your voltage, application and destination country, these details let us match a practical capacity.
Does an electric steam generator need softened water?
Usually it should be reviewed. Hard water contains calcium and magnesium that form scale on heating elements, lowering heating efficiency and increasing maintenance. Where raw-water hardness requires treatment, an industrial water softener is matched before the steam generator; RO may be added where dissolved solids are high.
Can the steam generator be built for my country's power supply?
Voltage and capacity are customized. Tell us the available voltage, single- or three-phase supply, frequency (50 Hz or 60 Hz) and electrical capacity at site, and the configuration is confirmed for that supply in the quotation.
Do more outlets on the cabinet mean more steam output?
