Steam equipment: RDX electric steam generators (3–360 kW, 4–500 kg/h, 0.4–0.7 MPa), fully premixed low-NOx condensing gas steam generators (500 and 1000 kg/h at 1.0 MPa), biomass steam generators (200, 300 and 540 kg/h at 0.7 MPa), NSZS gas-fired steam boilers (300, 500 and 1000 kg/h at 0.8 MPa) and commercial laundry steam equipment. Water treatment: industrial RO systems (0.25–10 T/h reference models, desalination rate 95–99%), simplex and duplex water softeners and pure-water systems.

Common Questions Before Ordering
How do I select an electric steam generator?
Select an electric steam generator by peak steam demand, not by cabinet size. Liangpu's RDX range has four series: S and M from 3 to 60 kW (4–85 kg/h), L from 72 to 108 kW (100–150 kg/h) and X from 144 to 360 kW (200–500 kg/h), all rated at 0.4–0.7 MPa. List each steam-use point, whether they run at the same time, your working hours, site voltage and destination country. Models up to 12 kW run on 220 V or 380 V; larger models run on 380 V, and voltage, phase and frequency are confirmed for your country in the quotation.
Do I need water treatment with steam equipment?
In most projects the feed water should be checked before a steam generator is selected. Hard water contains calcium and magnesium that form scale on heating elements and water tubes, which increases maintenance. Liangpu supplies simplex and duplex industrial water softeners for steam-generator feed water, and RO systems from 0.25 to 10 T/h where dissolved solids are high or process water is needed. Send a raw-water analysis with your steam requirement, and the softener or RO system can be matched and quoted together with the steam equipment.
Does Liangpu publish export prices?
No. Liangpu quotes every system per project and does not publish a list price. A quotation depends on capacity, application, raw-water quality, required pretreatment, voltage and destination country.
