Short answer: Liangpu Environmental builds RO systems from a 0.25T/h compact unit to 10T/h split-type installations, with larger frames and double-stage systems built to order. The price of your system depends mainly on hourly output, raw-water quality, the pretreatment required, membrane and pump selection, controls, voltage and export packing, so every unit is quoted against the project. Send your water analysis and required output and we will reply with a written quotation.
RO system dimensions by capacity
| Model | Equipment dimensions (mm, L × W × H) |
|---|---|
| 0.25T/h simple version | 530 × 630 × 1506 (without tank); 930 × 630 × 1506 (with tank) |
| 0.5T/h standard | 1200 × 645 × 1715 |
| 1T/h standard | 1565 × 700 × 1656 |
| 2T/h standard | 2500 × 650 × 1665 |
| 3T/h | 2500 × 750 × 1705 |
| 4T/h | 2650 × 750 × 1767 (integrated); 2600 × 780 × 1500 (split, 4040) |
| 5T/h | 2700 × 925 × 1767 (integrated) |
| 6T/h | 2700 × 1000 × 1828 (integrated); 2700 × 860 × 1500 (split, 8040) |
| 8T/h | 2800 × 860 × 1600 (split) |
| 10T/h | 2800 × 860 × 1850 (split) |
Three-tank, pressure-tank, split-type and double-stage versions are also available, and the industrial RO system page lists the dimensions of every configuration, from 0.25T to 30T. Dimensions are equipment dimensions (length × width × height) and exclude tanks supplied separately; export packing dimensions are confirmed in the quotation.
What makes one RO system cost more than another?
- Output capacity. Higher hourly output needs more membranes, larger pumps and bigger pretreatment vessels.
- Raw-water quality. Well water, high-hardness water or high-TDS water may need more pretreatment (sand filter, activated-carbon filter, softener, dosing) and a more conservative membrane design.
- Target water quality. Single-stage RO is enough for many process and cleaning uses; double-stage RO or additional polishing costs more.
- Frame and materials. Stainless-steel frames, housings and piping cost more than basic materials.
- Tanks and distribution. Raw-water and pure-water tanks, pressure tanks and delivery pumps may be included or supplied separately.
- Controls and instruments. Automatic filter valves, level controls, conductivity meters and remote monitoring add cost.
- Electrical supply. Non-standard voltage, phase or frequency for the destination country may change pumps and control components.
- Export scope. Packing, spare parts, documents, installation support and shipping terms.
How to compare RO quotations fairly
Two systems with the same nominal output can include very different equipment. When comparing quotations, check that each one states:
- Rated treated-water output and the feed-water conditions it is based on.
- Pretreatment items included (filters, softener, dosing, cartridge filter).
- Membrane quantity and specification, pump specification and frame material.
- Whether tanks, delivery pumps and fittings are included.
- Voltage, phase, frequency and connected load.
- Packing method, spare parts, installation support and written warranty terms.
What to send for an accurate RO price
- Required treated water per hour and per day, and operating hours.
- Water source and a recent water analysis (hardness, TDS or conductivity, pH, iron), if available.
- Final water use and any required outlet water quality.
- Available voltage, phase and frequency, and installation space.
- Destination country or port.
