Capacity and storage must work together
Confirm daily consumption, peak-use periods, simultaneous water points and storage volume. Continuous processes need a different operating strategy from projects that can accumulate product water between batches.
Coordinate pretreatment and the RO skid
A typical 10T installation uses quartz-sand and activated-carbon filtration before the RO main unit. Exact media, vessel size, dosing and membrane protection must follow the raw-water analysis.
Plan the complete equipment room
- Raw-water inlet, tanks, pumps and pretreatment
- RO skid, pure-water tank and distribution point
- Concentrate discharge and floor drainage
- Tank-level signals, valves and pressure protection
- Membrane-removal clearance and maintenance access
- Door opening, lifting route and floor loading
