For 3T and 5T RO systems, purchasing decisions extend beyond membrane capacity. Larger frames, pretreatment vessels, pumps and control equipment affect factory testing, transport planning, unloading and installation. A clear pre-shipment checklist reduces avoidable work after the equipment reaches site.

Factory checks before packing
The supplier and buyer should confirm the approved process, equipment labels, pump rotation requirements, instruments, valves, electrical cabinet and loose accessories. Where factory water conditions allow, functional testing can cover pump operation, automatic control, flushing sequence, alarms and visible leakage.
Protecting equipment for dispatch

Protective film helps guard surfaces from dust and scratches, but transport preparation may also require a rigid base, moisture protection, secured loose parts and export packing. The suitable method depends on road transport, container loading, destination and storage time.
Site preparation for 3T–5T output
- Confirm hourly permeate demand and daily running schedule.
- Reserve adequate raw-water and product-water storage.
- Provide drainage for concentrate, flushing and maintenance.
- Check doorway, lifting route, floor loading and service clearance.
- Prepare voltage, phase, frequency and installed electrical power.
- Match pipe sizes and connection positions to the approved drawing.

Documents to receive
Request the final packing list, process diagram, electrical information, operating instructions and consumables list. The photographs here show actual factory equipment, but each project may use different components and dimensions.
Send your 3T or 5T requirement to receive a matched configuration.
