Medium-capacity RO systems must be checked as complete projects, not only as membrane racks. Liangpu factory photographs of 2T, 3T and 5T systems show the relationship between pretreatment vessels, pumps, dosing, controls and the stainless equipment frame before dispatch.

2T configuration: materials and access
The stainless pretreatment vessels shown in this 2T example may be selected where the project requires a stainless configuration. Buyers should confirm material grades, filter media, valve type and service access in the formal quotation.
3T configuration: output and operating schedule
A 3T system can shorten storage-tank recovery time or support more continuous demand. The required membrane quantity, pump selection and recovery rate depend on raw-water analysis and target product-water quality.

5T configuration: site and shipping planning
At 5T scale, confirm equipment-room dimensions, doorway and lifting route, floor drainage, tank positions and local connection responsibilities. Shipping dimensions and packing method should be confirmed before production is completed.

Factory dispatch checklist
- Model and capacity checked against the approved quotation
- Pumps, pressure gauges, flow meters and controls visually inspected
- Pretreatment vessels and membrane housings identified
- Loose accessories and locally supplied items recorded
- Connections protected and equipment wrapped for transport
- Installation drawings, electrical information and operating documents prepared
Photos provide a useful configuration reference, but every 2T–5T project should be confirmed with water analysis and an approved technical proposal.
